Hip House was popular for a few years in the late 80s with stars like Tyree Cooper, DJ Fast Eddie, The Beatmasters, Deskee, Mr. Lee and Doug Lazy. Used to love it back in the day, but its probably faired worst when it comes to sounding dated. A tune that was popular at the time and sums it up is;Tyree Cooper - Turn Up The Bass 1988.
